I spent two decades inside the rooms where the biggest deals in entertainment were made. Now, I’m using that blueprint to help build the next generation of empires.
My career wasn’t built on templates. It was built in the trenches of Disney, Skydance and BuzzFeed. As lead counsel on 22 feature films and an advisor to billion-dollar entities at firms like Loeb & Loeb and Hogan Lovells, I saw firsthand how value is created, protected, and often left exposed.
I realized traditional entertainment infrastructure wasn’t built for digital-first businesses, leaving creators and entrepreneurs vulnerable by weak legal and operational foundations. So, I pivoted away from the studio system to bring enterprise-grade rigor to the Creator Economy.
I apply the same “Chain of Title” and Intellectual Property protection standards used by the major studios to protect digital libraries.
