I was wrong. (And why I disappeared)

Dear Creator,

I haven't written to you in six weeks. I haven't posted a video in three months.

Honestly? I hit a wall.

I built "The Creators' Attorney." I manifested the huge YouTube clients and global stages at MIT, Dubai, Cannes Lions, VidCon, VidSummit and SXSW.

But I realized I hadn't built a business. I had built a prison. I was working 18-hour days on a hamster wheel spinning too fast.

Worse, I realized the advice I was giving was leading you into the same trap.

I was wrong.

For the past year, I told you to build 15 revenue streams. I take it back. That doesn't create freedom; it creates a Frankenstein business—15 fragile startups all dependent on YOU showing up to film.

The Pivot to CreatorArq™

Huge Private Equity funds are moving in. They want to invest in creators and buy channels, but they don't want to buy a hamster wheel. They want Inventory.

I'm launching CreatorArq™, an M&A advisory firm to help you move from the "Hamster Wheel" to the "Exit." I am currently helping a client structure a deal valuing his business at nearly $100 Million. He moved from Tier 3 to Tier 1:

  • Tier 3 Creator: High cash flow, but if you stop filming, the money stops. (Unsellable).
  • Tier 1 Creator: You own IP, Software, or Data that works without you. (Sellable).

What about the Law Firm?

Don't worry—my law firm isn't going anywhere. We are still here protecting your IP and fighting copyright strikes. But the game has changed. With YouTube's aggressive strike environment, we are shifting our focus to IP as a preventive measure. I want to help you protect your assets from Day 1, so when those PE firms come knocking, your house is already in order.

The Comeback Starts Now

I just filmed a brand new video yesterday breaking down how that $100M valuation actually happened. It's the blueprint for where we are going. I'm back, and 2026 is going to be crazy. Watch it to get the Tier 1 Checklist to see what Tier creator you fall into.
